Join us for our March event, where we will be tasting some of Simple Bar and Grill’s best dishes! If you are open to meeting new people and trying new things, you are invited!
This event is to try new-to-you restaurants along Georgia Avenue and meet new people who want to explore new places. Georgia Avenue, DC’s longest commercial strip, is home to many mom-and-pop restaurants and features a wide variety of different cuisines.
Afterwards, there will be a DJ and drinks specials will continue if you’d like to stick around!
Ticket Options
There are two ticket types available: Standard and Vegetarian. Each item will be on small plates, so you can try them all! Tax and gratuity are included in the ticket price.
Drinks will be available for purchase on the day if desired, with buy one get one deals on drinks.

About Simple Bar & Grill
Simple Bar & Grill is a neighborhood spot that brings good food and entertainment to the Brightwood neighborhood. Simple Bar & Grill hosts events and performances, like weekly kareoke, open mic nights, drag shows, and stand up comics. Owner Will Guzman fell in love with Italian cuisine during his tattoo apprenticeship in Modena, Italy, and brings together classics with his Bolivian roots. It is located near the Walmart on Georgia Ave.

Georgia Avenue Supper Club (GASC) was started as a way for people to connect over food while trying new spots on Georgia Avenue that don’t get as much attention. The idea was to go in completely blind without reading reviews and make up your own unbiased opinions, but we understand if you want to read them beforehand!

- Is this event child or dog friendly? No, human adults aged 21 or older only.
- What kind of food will be included? All of the items on your menu will be passed on small plates, and you’ll have an opportunity to taste them all.
- Are drinks included? No, but drinks can be purchased at the event. Simple will be offering a buy one get one free special for drinks.
- Is it metro-accessible? It is near bus stops for the 70 and 79 busses that run along Georgia Avenue. The 79 is the express bus, and you can take it from Georgia Avenue/Petworth station on the green line to Georgia & Missouri (3 stops away).
- Are substitutions allowed? What if I have an allergy? If you have an allergy, please reach out to organizer at least 7 days before the event to check if a dish contains certain allergens. Substitutions may not be able to be accommodated.
- What is your refund policy? Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds on tickets sold.Thank you for understanding!
