Private Tour of the Larz Anderson House

Join fellow history lovers and admirers of beauty as we go on a private tour of the Larz Anderson House in Dupont Circle.

Built as a private home for Larz Anderson and Isabel Weld Perkins and completed in 1905, this Gilded Age mansion is uniquely intact and is like stepping into the past. Today, it serves as the headquarters of the Society of the Cincinnati lineage association and as a public museum.

During this tour, we will be guided through the mansion and learn about the beautiful art, the Andersons, and the Society of the Cincinnati.

The tour is free, and donations to the Society of the Cincinnati are gladly accepted from those who are able.

Meet at the house at 10:50 AM for a 11:00 AM tour start time. You can only access the home on a guided tour, and if you’re late, you may not be able to join the tour.
